Easter Butterscotch Dessert Recipe

First Choice Easter Butterscotch Dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml First Choice Velvet – Butterscotch Flavoured Dairy Dessert
  • 125ml First Choice Cream
  • 1 tablespoon First Choice Butter Spread
  • Chopped Easter Eggs, Crunchie & Chocolate Brownies
  • Large Chocolate Moulded Egg (Cut in half)
  • Some ideas for decoration – Meringues, grated chocolate or Speckled Eggs

METHOD

  • Pour 1 cup of First Choice Velvet into a saucepan
  • Add half a cup of First Choice Cream
  • Add a tablespoon of First Choice Butter Spread
  • Stir while heating, until thick
  • Remove from heat and refrigerate until cooled down
  • Spoon the Velvet into your halved Chocolate Mould
  • Next, stack your chopped Brownies, Crunchie and Easter Eggs inside the mould
  • Finish off with another layer of Butterscotch Sauce
  • Add your toppings for decoration and serve!
