First Choice Velvet Mousse

To make this delectable Velvet Mousse, use any of our First Choice Velvet flavours!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 litre First Choice Velvet
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100g melted dark chocolate (optional)
  • 2 egg whites
  • Whipped cream

METHOD

  • Mix 1 litre Velvet with 2 egg yolks – beat on high speed for 5 min
  • Add 100g metled and cooled dark chocholate (optional)
  • Beat 2 egg whites, fold into mixture
  • Refrigerate overnight
