Milk Tart Ice Cream with Churro Cups

CHURRO CUPS: (serves 8)

1 cup of water
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
¼ cup butter, cubed
1 cup flour
4 eggs

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix water, butter, sugar, salt and flour over a medium heat .
  2. Add 1 tsp vanilla
  3. Add 4 eggs, one at a time
  4. Place dough in a piping bag
  5. Apply onto muffin pan
  6. First spray with nonstick cooking spray
  7. Freeze
  8. Deep-fry the frozen cups
  9. cover in cinnamon sugar

ICE CREAM:

  1. 1 ½ Tbsp. cinnamon
  2. whip 1 box of Vanilla Velvet
  3. Add cinnamon
  4. Freeze

TOPPINGS:

cinnamon sugar
