This quiche recipe is too easy to mess up! Just mix everything together and bake.
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Crush the bacon crackers and add melted butter.
Mix well, then line your greased baking dish or muffin pans.
Mix the eggs, First Choice Cream, cream cheese, spices, flour, and baking powder together in a bowl.
Add First Choice Mature Cheddar and biltong, and mix well.
Pour filling into your dish(es) and top with some grated cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
