Use our range of Baby Gouda cheeses to make a delicious cheese fondue. Choose from a selection of chilli, black pepper, herb and plain Baby Gouda cheeses by First Choice.

 1 First Choice Baby Gouda Mild Chilli
 1 First Choice Baby Gouda Black Pepper
 1 First Choice Baby Gouda Cheese & Onion
 1 First Choice Baby Gouda Plain
 3 tbsp First Choice Butter
 1 l First Choice Milk
 3 tbsp cake flour
 1 tsp garlic (or to taste)
 ½ cup biltong shavings
 ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
 Meat and veggies of your choice, cut into bite-sized┬ápieces

Melt butter and mix in cake flour.

Add the milk and bring to the boil.

Divide milk mixture into 4 medium sized bowls.

Grate all the cheeses separately and add to each milk mixture.

Mix well and add more milk if too thick.

To the pepper sauce, add biltong.
To the herb sauce, add garlic.
To the chilli sauce, add sweet chilli sauce.

Make sure everything is mixed well and place on fondue sets to keep hot.
