Chocolate and Vanilla Trifle made with First Choice Velvet. Recipe by Zola Nene

* Tip
 Place First Choice Velvet in the freezer for 1 hour before use
Ingredients:
 250 ml First Choice Vanilla Velvet
 250 ml First Choice Chocolate Velvet
 500 g mixed berries
 1 loaf of Madeira cake
 Berries, to decorate

Directions:

Separately whip the chilled Vanilla and Chocolate Velvet, then allow to chill in the fridge.

Slice the Madeira cake, then place a layer at the bottom of a medium-sized bowl, or individual glasses.

Add a layer of Vanilla Velvet, then a layer of berries, then cake, and then chocolate velvet. Repeat layering until all your ingredients are used up.
Top with berries to serve.

You could add:

First Choice Vanilla Custard as the final layer, with grated chocolate or First Choice Cream.
