Mango Turmeric Smoothie Jar

Add some turmeric to your daily smoothie for amazing flavour and health benefits!

Ingredients:
 1 cup mango, sliced
 1 banana, sliced
 5 ml turmeric
 2 ml ground ginger
 2 tbsp honey
 1 cup First Choice Milk
 a few blocks ice

Directions:

If you are using frozen fruit, it should be chopped into smaller pieces before freezing.

Place all the ingredients into the NutriBullet.

Never dry blend - remember to add First Choice Milk.

Blend in the NutriBullet blender for 1 minute and pour into a Console jar.

Decorate with fruit, nuts or seeds of your choice! We used mint, mango, almonds and black sesame seeds.
