Prawns for Two

Spoil your butter half with delicious prawns this Valentine's Day!

Ingredients:
For the prawns:
 12 queen prawns, deveined
 100 g First Choice Butter
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 1 pinch salt & pepper
For the Sauce:
 1 tbsp First Choice Butter
 1 chilli, chopped
 ¼ tsp paprika
 1 tsp cake flour
 150 ml First Choice Cream
 1 dash First Choice Milk
 1 pinch salt & pepper

Directions:
For the prawns:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C

Place the prawns in an open oven proof dish.

Spread the First Choice Butter blocks evenly over the prawns.

Add the garlic.

Slice the lemon into wedges and place between the prawns.

Season with salt & pepper.

Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Check once, flip prawns and allow to cook.

For the sauce:

In a small pan, fry the chopped chilli in First Choice Butter.

Add the Paprika.

Add First Choice Cream and cake flour, stirring until thick.

Add a dash of First Choice Milk to thin, if needed.

Season with salt & pepper.

Serve with toasted ciabatta or basmati rice and lemon wedges!
