- 1 chilli First Choice Baby Gouda
- 1 black pepper First Choice Baby Gouda
- 1 herb First Choice Baby Gouda
- 1 plain First Choice Baby Gouda
- 3 tbs cake flour
- 3 tbs First Choice Butter
- 1l First Choice Milk
- 1 tsp garlic (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup of biltong shavings
- 1/2 cup of sweet chilli sauce
- Meat and veggies of your choice, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Melt butter and mix in cake flour.
- Add the milk and bring to the boil.
- Divide milk mixture into 4 medium sized bowls.
- Grate all the cheeses separately and add to each milk mixture.
- Mix well and add more milk if too thick.
- To the pepper sauce, add biltong.
- To the herb sauce, add garlic.
- To the chilli sauce, add sweet chilli sauce.
- Make sure everything is mixed well and place on fondue sets to keep hot.
