Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Vanilla Velvet
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup passionfruit dessert topping

Preparation method:

Mix Ingredients:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Vanilla Velvet, coconut cream, and desiccated coconut.

Layer Lollies:

  1. Pour a small amount of passionfruit dessert topping into each ice lolly mould.
  2. Fill the moulds with the ice cream mixture, leaving a little space at the top.

Freeze:

  1. Insert the lolly sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Serve:

  1. Remove the ice cream lollies from the moulds and enjoy the tropical delight!
