Ingredients:
- 1 cup Vanilla Velvet
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup passionfruit dessert topping
Preparation method:
Mix Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Vanilla Velvet, coconut cream, and desiccated coconut.
Layer Lollies:
- Pour a small amount of passionfruit dessert topping into each ice lolly mould.
- Fill the moulds with the ice cream mixture, leaving a little space at the top.
Freeze:
- Insert the lolly sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
Serve:
- Remove the ice cream lollies from the moulds and enjoy the tropical delight!
